Lord Transform Me 2019 ATCU Update
The officers, directors, pastors, and members of the Atlantic Caribbean Union of Seventh-day Adventists (ATCU) rejoice and celebrate with the more than 600 souls that committed their lives to Jesus Christ in baptism during the Lord Transform Me Campaigns held in The Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, and the Turks and Caicos Islands during January and February of 2019.
Pastor Peter Kerr, president of ATCU, expressed excitement and was enthused to see the leaders and members throughout the union mobilized and energized to win souls for the Kingdom of Christ. “I am happy to see that there are many churches who did not end their campaigns on February 9 but are continuing to spread the gospel of Christ in local church campaigns,” said Pastor Kerr.
As of February 17, 2019, the number of persons baptized has exceeded 650, a final tally will be given at the end of the first quarter of 2019. “I know that the vision of Total Member Involvement (TMI) has caught on throughout ATCU as I am seeing pastors and lay persons refusing to pause their evangelistic efforts because they know and believe that Jesus is soon to come,” Pastor Kerr declared.

A Call to Prayer for Forty Days (December 26, 2018 to February 2, 2019)
Imagine thousands of Seventh-day Adventists around our union - in the Cayman Islands, the Turks and Caicos Islands, and the islands of the Bahamas praying for forty days for the same thing!
From December 26, 2018 to February 2, 2019, you are encouraged to join in praying with over thirty thousand Adventist members in our union for the presence and power of the Holy Spirit to be fully experienced by our church members during this period of preparation for the Lord Transform Me Reaping Campaigns of 2019.
We want these days of prayer to be a time when God will break through in some powerful ways in the hearts of all of us and that He will do as He did in the days of Acts by igniting a passion for sharing the Good News with all our friends, neighbors, and family members. We will pray that everyone of us will “come up to the help of the Lord, to the help of the Lord against the mighty.” –Judges 5: 23
What Might Have Been
After the 1901 General Conference Session, Ellen G. White had a vision in which she witnessed those in the meetings responding to the Holy Spirit to be reconciled through humility, confession of sins, and removal of barriers between each other. This was followed by earnest prayer, songs of praise, and the evident presence of the Holy Spirit. (See 8T, pp. 104-106)
When Ellen White woke from the vision, she realized that this breakthrough had not happened as God intended. Hardhearted participants prevented the unity God so desired. Deeply disappointed, she understood that the Lord could have come in their lifetime! But His people did not surrender their thoughts and opinions to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
It Still Can Be! We Can Still Do It!!
My dear brothers and sisters, “what might have been” in 1901 is still possible today in 2018 and 2019. Jesus invites us to unite together and pray for His power to break through the hearts of individuals and usher in His second coming.
While the devil seeks to frustrate the plan of God and to hinder the success of God’s great work, I appeal to you to unite with us in prayer and to invite your family, friends, and church members to pray earnestly to God that He will work a mighty wonder in our lands and make the reaping campaigns a wonderful success story of our times.
We are especially inviting you to participate in the following global spiritual events:
- - Sabbath of Prayer and Fasting
- - 10 DAYS OF PRAYER

WE CAN DO IT! YES, WE CAN! “NOT BY MIGHT, NOR BY POWER, BUT BY MY SPIRIT, SAITH THE LORD.”
“MORE PRAYER, MORE POWER!”
