Condolences on the Passing of the Hon. Hilly Arthur Ewing

Pastor Peter Kerr, president, along with his fellow officers, departmental directors, office staff, and members of the Atlantic Caribbean Union of Seventh-day Adventists extend heartfelt condolences to the Ewing family as well as the people of the Turks and Caicos Islands on the passing of the Hon. Hilly Arthur Ewing who was not only a prominent minister of government, but a founding member of the Blue Hills Seventh-day Adventist Church in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI). Bro. Hilly, as he was affectionately known by the members, served in a number of capacities within the church throughout the years inclusive of being a local church elder. He was also a member of the then TCI Mission Executive Committee and the Maranatha High School Board. Over many decades, he contributed greatly to the growth of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Bro. Hilly quietly passed away on May 26, 2020. He will be sorely missed by the Adventist church community in the Turks and Caicos Islands and, by extension, the Atlantic Caribbean Union. We assure the family of our prayers, love, and support as they mourn their patriarch and a faithful servant of God.
